Looking for a roommate to share apartment of 80 square meters located a stone’s throw from the beach. The apartment is located in Huelin next to the park, it’s 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station and only a couple of minutes from the beach. Walking to the city centre takes about 20-30 minutes. Bus stops and various supermarkets are right around the corner. The apartment is very bright and in very good conditions.

You’ll rent your own room and share living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your roommate is a student of the university.

Searching for a responsible and nice person to move in from the 20^th of November and who wishes to stay for maximum 3 months. From the 20^th of February the room is no longer available, so please write only if you’re interested in the room for 3 months or less.

The rent is 275 euros per month and the deposit one months rent.
