Hi, we are 3 guys (2 of us work and one studies). We are looking for another person to share the flat (single room with built-in wardrobe). The flat is in a quite new building (Teatinos area), very spacious, two bathrooms, it has everything that is expected in an advertisement of this kind (I mean fitted kitchen, fridge, micro waves, etc.) It is 10 minutes walk from University campus and 2 minutes from the bus stop and it is in a well located area. There is a friendly atmosphere. The room is now available and it will be fine if you are easygoing (as we are), tidy and clean (at least with the rest of the flat). If you are an Erasmus Student you will learn Spanish, and if not, we all speak English so, welcome!.
