How does it work?[top]
The ads that are shown everytime a user loads the list of posts are taken randomly amongst all the listings that have paid to be on the Top Ads area. This is done randomly to guarantee that all users will have the same chance to appear.
This is why it's possible that you won't allways find your listing on the "Top Ads" area.
The best way to make sure that the service is endeed working is that you follow the evolution of the amount of people that have seen your listing. Please check the question: How much will the visits to my listing increase?

The goal of this service is to increase the visibility of your listings.
Results of an internal study show that this service will increase, in average, the amount of people that'll see you listing 8 times, when compared with listings without this service. On some categories, those with higher amount of listings, this factor can be as high as 20 times.
How can I put my listing on the "Top Ads" area?[top]
At this time, this service can only be bought using a VISA or Mastercard card
The process is straight forward and comprises only 4 steps:
1.- On the page of your listing, you'll find, at the botom, the list of services that are available for your listing. There you'll see a link that'll take you to the payment process as shown on the image.
2.- On the next page, you'll see the different options available to put your listing on the "Top Ads" area (usually 3, 7 or 30 days).
Please, check the start and end dates before completing the payment.
3.- On the third step, you'll have to choose between the different card types to make your payment: • Visa: For payments using your Visa credit card. • Mastercard: For payments using your Mastercard credit card. • Visa Electron: For payments with a debit card that has the Visa logo on it. Whether your card will work with our payment provider will depend on the your card's issuer bank.
4.- Finally, in the fourth step you'll be able to enter the information of your card (either credit or debit) and complete the payment process. At the end you'll receive an order confirmation.

Prices vary depending of the city where your listing is placed, the category (housing, jobs, etc), duration and of the placement.

How long will my listing be in Top Ads?[top]
You can choose for a three (3), seven (7) or thirty (30) days duration.
I don't see my listing on the "Top Ads" area[top]
If you have bought the Top Ads service and don't see it on the designated area, please remember these facts: • Verify on the order confirmation the start and end date of the service. In general, ads will not start showing the same day of the acquisition. • Remember that your listing is in "rotation" with others on the same category, so it's not always shown.
As a good rule of thumb, in any given day there won't be more than 15 listings in "rotation" on a category, so your listing will be shown aproximately once every three times the page is loaded.
Remember that the best way to be sure that your listing is indeed on the Top Ads area is to check how the counter of visitors to your listing increase. Also, have a look at our internal study on this subject. • If you still see any error, please send us an email to questions-malaga@loquo.com.
Why can't I modify my listing?[top]
To guarantee a good experience for the visitor (that may have bookmarked your listing), we don't allow listings that have the "Top Ads" service to be modified until the service has ended.
If you'd like to make any minor change to your listing, please send us an email to questions-malaga@loquo.com.
If you want to make a big change, then there are two options: • Wait until the Top Ads service ends, make the change and buy the service again, or • Delete your listing, create a new one and buy the service for the new one.

These terms of the service rule the usage of the "Top Ads" service, and are additional to those defined on our general Terms of Service. • As a proof of payment for the "Top Ads" service, LoQUo will only issue an "Order Confirmation" that you will see at the end of the payment process, as well as in your email if you have selected so in that screen. • If for some problem, whether technical or of any nature, your listing is not showed into the "Top Ads" spots, our responsibility is limited only to put it there as soon as we are able to and with no additional cost. • The payment service is provided by Bibit and GlobalCollect • All data collected with this service is governed by our privacy statement.
